I'm Jess a qualified personal trainer, certified doula and online coach. I help men & women of all ages with their health & fitness goals and even offer additional support as a doula. Many may think that a doula is just there for the woman/birth person, but we also provide support to partners.
As a personal trainer I offer personal 1-2-1 or small group sessions to help towards your fitness goals, and you can be anywhere in the world to access my services. I can help with your recovery, nutritional advice, habit coaching & the best training systems for your goals.
As a doula I provide 1-2-1 sessions in person or online to get you the best personalised coaching for your birthing experience. Along with my personal training qualification I'm able to provide the best fitness & nutritional advice for further support.
I work closely with selected charities such as mental health awareness which has made me become the compassionate and understanding person I am today adding even more value and support towards your goals and life. You'll have continuous WhatsApp support throughout your time with me.
